Liar. China never hit any agreed upon targets that trump negotiated. Why do you think he had to spend billions to bail out farmers? China simply moved on and spent their billions on soy beans in Brazil.
In fact, China has spent a ton of money building infrastructure in Brazil, who now accounts for over 70% of China's soy imports.

Why can't you ever tell the truth?

You are crazy. Trump has changed his mind over and over . He does not recognize deals. Yeah, we had a deal, but they pissed me off, so I changed it. That is governance by whim. Trump makes deals, but does not respect them. To deal with Trump, you say whatever he wants to hear. Then do what you want to deal.

So what is a deal that Trump negotiates and signs worth to any country when Trump himself will just call that deal garbage after and cancel while insulting himself for signing it in the first place.

Trump is running gov't like he ran his businesses and why he was always tied up in litigation with his suppliers. To Trump, a contract only has meaning if the other party has the power to enforce it. If he thinks he has the power (cards) he does not care about what he agreed to and signed.

Well like I have been saying they are going to raise the prices up the amount of the tariffs and add a percent or two to pad their bottom line.
And the American consumer is the one that pays it and gets screwed.
 
The truth is EU agreed to lower the auto tax from 27 to 15 gradually. There is no 600 billion commitment. It is aspirational based on the decisions of private enterprise.
The deal has to be approved by the EU board.
They know how to handle Trump. He needs his show.

Exactly. Most in the EU don't agree with the capitulation to the limp dick. And...they all know that trump might change his mind via a 2 a.m toilet tweet at any time.

Our trading partners are laughing at how easy it is to play Trump. I bet they call each other and say "Guess what I got him to give away. I tell him how smart and tough he is, and if I give him what he cvan claim as a win, I can get what I wanted.
