Mississippi has been let off the hook for one of the biggest welfare scandals of all time while mere allegations are enough to cost Minnesota all it federal funding?

According to the article the embezzlement was about $100 million. That's 1% of what, potentially has been lost to fraud in Minnesota. That's not to make light of the Mississippi fraud which should be prosecuted, but it's a drop in the bucked to what's going on in Minnesota.
