I don't really have ilk. I've given you a link - you've gone from calling me a liar outright, to trying to find some qualifier like "ALL immigrants?" Which is kind of funny if you think about it.

But, it's what Trump did. He likened immigrants to snakes. What's also funny is that he would have no hesitation or self-consciousness whatsoever about saying that's exactly what he did. Not sure why anyone would feel a need to defend him to the hilt on something he'd readily admit to and even brag about.

There are a lot of liars on this forum. Posters who have a fetish for lying, slandering, prevaricating, disparaging, deceiving, and libeling. And Thing is not one of them.
I have posted on forums with Thing for over a decade, and he has never struck me as someone who knowingly lies or practices willful deception. There are a bevy of juvenile, socially inept, girlish gossipers who are infamous for that kind of crap....but Thing is not in that league.

As I said before, it's one of the last reactions I expected on this thread. I don't expect to repeat something that's basically in the headlines TODAY, in a variety of news outlets (right and left), and have someone say "liar!"

Thing is not a liar, that was a nasty thing to say. The only lie here is the cons' refusal to believe trump said this.

He even did “The Snake” — the recitation of a song that Trump repurposed as an anti-immigration parable during his campaign, in which a snake asks to be taken into a woman’s home and repays her for her charity by killing her. He all but made the crowd beg for it, as if it was an encore at a rock concert:

When I walked in today, did anyone ever hear me do the snake during the campaign? Because I had five people outside say, could you do the snake? I said, well, people have heard it. Who hasn’t heard the snake? You should read it anyway. Let’s do it anyway. I’ll do it. Okay. Should we do it?

of course......just as much as I only trust you to lie.....now if you had come up with a quote that he said immigrants had forked tongues and scales, or slithered through the grass......or that they slithered through the grass sneaking across the border......or even that they were feared by large segments of the population, then you might have a logical argument......but a campaign story which was directed at an illegal alien, deported multiple times and guilty of killing someone in a drunk driving incident?.......no, that doesn't fit your lie.....do if you want to appeal to Grind to save you from a month's vacation you offered to voluntarily take, go for it......
