If it is true that he is in the early stages of the dementia that his father was afflicted with, this behavior isn't unusual. Many dementia patients lose that filter or censor that we all have, more or less. Trump's filter has never been that great. It appears to be failing.

Going after and jailing his political opponents is NOT what US Presidents do it IS what DICTATORS DO.
