Correct. What he can do is prevent local authorities from issuing mask mandates. And he and the legislature have made it illegal to deny service to unvaccinated people, which I think is a vast overreach.

I'm sure when any cases hit the courts, DeSantis will lose. This is not the same as denial of service on religious grounds. This is very similar to 'no shoes, no shirt, no service'.

I agree. What puzzles me is why the don’t tread crowd doesn’t mind Desantis treading all over private business. Hypocrisy I guess.
