I wouldn't feel the slightest bit of remorse if they found his corpse some morning, hanging from the shower curtain rod, dead by his own hand.

That's why he is trying to call in or generate favors from unscrupulous or desperate foreign government officials. He's looking for a life raft
and was or is willing to pay top dollar from our public coffers for someone overseas willing to fabricate a paper trail.
