No - I call it a private entity determining what content they'll allow and what they want to be associated with their name.

Being able to post to Twitter isn't a constitutional right. Twitter is allowed to have standards, and rules.

When they apply different standards to different people/entities *according to political POV* they are practicing censorship. There’s no legal remedy because they hide behind their 203 status.

They are abusing it, in fact.
