Trump has no trouble knowingly lying. It is what he means by "winning". He said whatever he thought would help him win. I will end the war in 24 hours. Sure he would. I will slash prices for consumers. Sure he would. My tariff will help the economy and inflation. That is not how tariffs work. He does not have a conscience or values.
