You pointed out that trump announced it was an "official national emergency" that Americans were not licking his asshole enough, and that because of this any amount of deficit, and breaking of the constitution is reasonable. I just do not believe that it really is a bad enough emergency to destroy our country over, or any type of emergency at all.


That is fine. If you do not feel you can prove trump's right about it being the worst emergency in American history, I will not push you. I mostly ignore your Nazi Bitch postings.

Mind you, I do not deny that trump needs his asshole cleaned, but just that I do not think it is our tongues that need to do it. Nor do I find the situation to be a real emergency.... Certainly not a national emergency.

Part true and part not.

most of the previous largest deficit and debt balloons were typically done during time of emergency, but Trump 2016 term (even pre covid) was the massive exception to that. Strong economy inherited from Obama but he piled on massive deficit and debt anyway.

Again we see that as Trump again inherited a strong economy from Biden, which he instantly turned towards recession and yet is looking to pile on new record levels of debt.

All under the same claim (2016 and now) that 'do not worry about the record debt as we will have record revenues', which was a lie in 2016 and will be a lie this term, as his actions, gutting IRS and tariffs, will almost certainly plummet revenues, while again giving a big tax cut to the uber rich.

Biden does not have or never did have a fan base in the sense that Trump does. People were not emotionally attached to Biden, his election was about more practical things, Trump is about emotion.

This is going to be bigger than trump 2016 deficit, Covid deficit, Biden rebuilding deficit, Bush war deficits, Bush tax cut deficits, the Great Recession deficits.... COMBINED!!!

The problem is trump wants to create a huge deficit. He calls himself the "King of Debt", and it is hard to disagree.

Yes. The Republican and now Magat game plan is ALWAYS to pile on so much debt for their priorities (tax cuts for rich) so that when a Dem POTUS follows they can scream and cry how nothing can be done for the MC and poor because the debt is an emergency.

They DO NOT want to be fiscally responsible and pay down debt, during good times, as then it would make it a lot harder to stop the next Dem POTUS helping the MC and poor if citizens are not greatly concerned with debt.

So Trump 1 and now Trump 2 want to pile on so much debt and give massive tax cuts to uber rich so for the next number of decades they can fight against cuts to MC and Poor based on 'too much debt'.


And the lies Trump and Earl tell themselves are irrelevant. Obama and Biden both had the US booming and the envy of the world economy wise, and Trump after Obama and now after Biden will hand off, BOTH TIMES economies that are devastated, to the next POTUS.

Reality matters.
