Give us you spin as to why Lavrov would show up to a so called PEACE summit meeting with a shirt that promotes the CCCP or USSR in its prior full form?

It's pretty much like saying all those who died in the Holocaust caused their own deaths.

It's very disturbing how many conspiracy crackpots -- and even worse, normal-seeming people -- support Mother Russia over the U.S. these days.

But Putin understood with one face to face meeting and some empty flattery directed at Trump that Trump would leave the status quo in place and that is exactly what happened.

Nothing has changed and instead Putin walked away with one of Trumps 'we will follow up on this two weeks', which we all know with his healthcare plan or more recent declarations to end this war in one day, means nothing will happen for months and years and Putin can continue.

You can literarily see the fawning type fondness Trump has for Putin when he looks at him, in a way he has for no allied leaders.

Truth. That's the only reason Putin agreed to meet the Groveler-in-Chief on American soil (which of course Putin thinks of as really Russian). It was a publicity win for Putin back home -- and among MAGAT traitors -- and a mere photo-op for the Great Pumpkin.
