In a Civil trial, a person's word is all the evidence a Jury needs to convict a rapist!
Of course, Donald Trump has chosen to not come to the trial to face his accuser and defend himself!
SHE WAS WILLING TO TELL OF THIS HORRIBLE EVENT IN HER LIFE- SHE DID- AND IT WILL BE LEFT UP TO THE JURY NOW!
So the Jury is looking at that as a sign of his obvious guilt.

Donald Trump gets his Due Process in court according to the Constitution, but refuses to take part in his own due process, by facing his accuser, or even defend himself in the matter before the court.
After all he is the one who stalled this suit in the courts for 8 years now- while trying to hide behind executive and being in a campaign privileges and protections.
At least bother to show up and defend oneself- if you are innocent!

I don't know. Don't care either. As a white male, I am not familiar with the rule book for rape victims. Funny that Joe Tapicano and TDAK wrote that book, so maybe they can answer. It's a completely irrelevant question. It's like asking why someone didn't scream when they were shot, or stabbed, or step on a nail. Doesn't change the fact that it happened. My best guess is that line of questioning will fall incredibly flat with a jury.

Donald Trump has the right, as a part of his DUE PROCESS, to face his accuser and tell his side of the story- BUT instead has chosen to refuse to do so.
So her story is the only story on the minds of the Judge and Jury!
The Judge, Jury, and the people across the country are going to feel- If Donald Trump is innocent- he would come down and take an oath, and defend himself against the allegations, and his refusal to do so IS A SIGN OF GUILT!
