Trump, “I don’t know,” followed by, “I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said,”

Left that little part out. Trump being honest and saying he'll let the lawyers figure it out is exactly what any honest person would say and do, rather than pretend to be a legal expert like so many drones here do. The reporter pretended that the 5th Amendment stated a guarantee of due process for illegals, which it doesn't. Libtards will pretend that it's completely settled because of SC precedence as if a SC decision has never been over-ruled, apparently already forgetting Roe. I don’t doubt that, not because he is malicious, rather because he hasn’t a clue what is in the Constitution
 
Seems a question worth answering considering his is a constitutional office in a constitutional government. Maybe he could ask one of his grandchildren.
