Yes, they are. Anyone, regardless of skin-tone, who commits violent or criminal acts should be held accountable. There's a difference between the Trump fans on the Mall and the Trump fans who broke into the Capitol building resulting in four deaths. Everyone of them is liable for the four deaths.
