The rape occurred long enough ago that the statute of limitations has expired. I believe in the US Constitution and the laws. You can't indict someone after the statute of limitations has expired. It's kind of a constitutional thing about rights and all that.

But without the criminal conviction it is still a fact that -

Trump is a Rapist!!!

I am not the one that is supporting a rapist for President. I recognize that it is not a good idea to have a rapist as President. Why do you support a rapist for President? Maybe you need to ask yourself the questions you just asked of me.

It happened more than 5 years ago. The statute of limitations was 5 years.
Any rape that occurred more than 5 years ago would no longer be chargeable under NY law. (The law was recently changed to make it 10-20 year statute of limitations.)

Do you always attack rape victims by calling them names and slandering them? Is that why you support a rapist for President? Do you get off knowing you are supporting a rapist that got off?
