This must be some of that fake news Trump talks about all the time?

Nah - he said specifically that he created over 1 million jobs.

I actually think it's hilarious that you don't think "saved jobs" is a real thing. Kind of buffoonish, actually.

Trump just saved 25,000 more jobs.

In my lifetime no other President tried to take credit for "saved jobs" but then the affirmative action buffoon comes to town in 2008 and the negro is not allowed to fail so................................

When in your lifetime has a President passed a stimulus package like that?

It was specifically part of the survey they sent to every recipient of the stimulus. See, here's how it works: stimulus money would get sent to a school, and that school would respond to the survey with how many teachers they were able to retain, who were previously going to be laid off.

And see, those are people that have jobs because of the stimulus.

It's not some imaginary thing. And it's a stat that was tracked by the non-partisan CBO.

But I know - the CBO is really a liberal plant. We should really go more by your hunch about how the stimulus really did, and what talk radio said.

I consider it a small concession that this was a new metric used by Obama.

Let's walk through this logically.

How can anyone possibly measure this in an objective way? You can't. Also, from a teacher perspective, their budgets were set, so the financial crisis had zero impact on them. No teacher was going to be laid off because of the housing crisis.

If it were a real statistic that could be objectively measured in an accurate way, it wouldn't have been new to Obama.

Just look it up. I'm not going to teach you about this.

Every single thing about it is on the CBO site. It is not a made-up stat.

does that include the one's he's saved?......

I have a question.

Disregarding you guy's claims that Trump has "saved" jobs, or "created" 25,000 jobs through his actions, how many jobs will Trump kill through his actions? How about the 200,000 federal government jobs (like here in State - 29%) he's already committed to delete?

Or the 400,000 anticipated (https://www.americanprogressaction....n-is-yet-another-in-a-list-of-terrible-ideas/) Department of Education jobs he's committed to delete?

How about the half a million teachers who'll lose their jobs when federal funds to states dry out under Trump cuts?

How about the the EPA losing 31% of it's employees?

Agriculture's 21% of employees at the federal/state level who used to process SNAP?

Dept of Labor employees cut 21%

DHHS gets cut 18% because poor and defenseless

Dept of Commerce and it's 16% cuts?

Education Dept administrative cuts of 14% of employees, not including those at the state level involved in Pell Grant processing, etc?

Or the 12% of Interior Dept jobs lost when public lands are converted to public use (golf courses?)

There's a lot more federal jobs going in other departments, but you get the drift...

How about at the state level, thanks to state-administered jobs cut by federal funds? All those jobs in health departments, processing Medicare/Medicaid payments, administering programs, etc?

I've seen numbers tossed around in the hundreds of millions, even a TRILLION. So...

What's going to happen to all these people who lose their jobs? They have to convert to the private sector, don't they? What will happen to private sector unemployment numbers now? How about feeding and providing healthcare to these people?

Where are they going to live when they lose their homes? Have to drop out of college because they can't pay for it?

What's your smug little smart ass answer to that?

You're a willfully ignorant liar.

Cutting gobblement jobs is a great thing. Are you trying to give me a hard on?

I think its cute that you're naive enough to not only believe that shit, but repeat it.......

check with us in eight years and we'll tally them up........of course, if the unemployment rate goes above 8% like it did under Obama, you're free to mention it........

:hand: Drain the Swamp

These people (like me) aren't swamp dwellers. They're lower level civil service, people just like you and I. I'm not losing my job, but what about the all those that do?

Like I said above, the swamp is being dumped in your back yard. What do you think the effect on the economy will be when Trump dumps all these millions and millions of people into the ranks of the unemployed?
