President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team is putting together a list of United States military officers who were involved in the Biden Administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to a recent report.

Two people familiar with the plan told NBC News that Trump’s transition team is reportedly in talks about whether to establish “a commission to investigate” the Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan, which left 13 American service members dead.

The commission would reportedly also gather “information about who was directly involved in the decision-making for the military,” and how the plan “was carried out,” among other things.

“They’re taking it very seriously,” one person with the plan explained to the outlet.

NBC News reported:

Officials working on the transition are considering creating a commission to investigate the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan, including gathering information about who was directly involved in the decision-making for the military, how it was carried out, and whether the military leaders could be eligible for charges as serious as treason, the U.S. official and person with knowledge of the plan said.

These officers need to be held accountable for their actions, and if Harris was involved, then her head should be on the chopping block as well.

Accountability is not being vindictive.

Lives were lost, needlessly. an airbase and billions in equipment were lost.

The leadership in the military must be held accountable and I believe they will be under Trump as Commander-in-Chief.

Many senior officers knew that what the Regime leaders were demanding they do was a very bad idea.

Indeed and the Democrats in Pa. are trying to count votes that are ineligible...after the State Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court ruled that they could not count them.

It's beyond law-fare, it's law breaking and someone needs to go to jail.

If we had any sense of self preservation dozens would be lined up against walls and shot for treason.

Whoever was the Commander-in-Chief that did all this has a lot to answer for.

If Harris had been elected, there would have been no accountability.

There has been no accountability.

This tells us all we need to know about the Democrats.
