You know and I know that tonight will be not so good for old Joe. Its actually terrible what the DNC has done to him,....at this point it is elder abuse. They are putting up a tired old man to take the heat while those really pulling the strings behind the scenes get off scott free. Awful,....just awful. The left should be ashamed of themselves. For now Frank we can simply agree to disagree,....but the SOTU is coming ,.....for all to see. ;)

He's not that old. I am older right now than Joe Biden will be when he finishes his second term.

Yeah, he is going to make a few blunders tonight. I make 'em also. I also duff a few shots from time to time. It is called "being a human."

I'll bet you make them from time to time yourself.

Anyway, no matter how bad a choice you think Joe Biden to be...he is head and shoulders a better choice for the job of president of the United States than Trump.

That is so sadly true, Frank.
Trump is not even a sane consideration.

I'm Trump's age, however--77,
and thus younger than you and Biden.

The thought of going to work at ANY job today--much less POTUS--seems outright comedic to me.
If a person reaches my age and still hasn't learned how to take it easy,
I don't know why anybody should have any faith in his mental competence.

Right you are, Nifty, but some people just do not want to stop. And some have goals that take a long time to achieve. I suspect Joe Biden has such a goal...that of becoming a two term president...which took a very long time developing. I also think he is convinced that he is the Democrat most likely to beat Trump...which he may well be.

Like you...I am a "I'm gonna relax and, except for the lawn mowing, not do any work from now on."

I've got somebody for the lawn.

If I could still play golf like you, Frank, I might have been still able to manage the lawn as well.
It's not huge.

But if I didn't have the lawn people, who would clear the snow in the winter?
I wouldn't do that if I were still running marathons.:laugh:
