Fentanyl, unlike fucking morons believe, often come in through ports of entry and hidden in trucks and boats. That's why the Cartels love them so much; they're cheap to make, don't require large fields which can be spotted from the air and are compact in size. A football full of them can be easily tossed over Trump's wall, but air transport is easy, cheap and can carry hundreds of pounds.
