Trump urges 'justice' for Schiff after Fannie Mae identifies possible mortgage fraud

There appear to be cases in Georgia and New York for which Trump may still be "out on bail", but I do not know for certain.
The Georgia case was tossed and Fanny Willis, the prosecutor is now under indictment with criminal charges pending resulting from her actions in that case.

Both NY cases are under appeal and look to be headed to being tossed out entirely by the NY appeals court who have expressed extreme skepticism of how both were handled. Jame's civil suit looks weakest of the two and is almost certainly going to be dismissed entirely.

The classified documents case is DOA now.

The only one that looks like it'll stick is the E Jean Carroll slander / deformation case (no, it wasn't about rape).

"I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist," he said.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday urged "justice" for Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., after Fannie Mae's Financial Crimes Division concluded that he engaged in a sustained pattern of possible mortgage fraud.

"I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud," Trump posted on Truth Social.

Bust his ass!!!!
Your pants are on fire, volsie.

"A memorandum reviewed by The Times from Fannie Mae investigators to William J. Pulte, the Trump-appointed director of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency, does not accuse Schiff of mortgage fraud. It noted that investigators had been asked by the FHFA inspector general’s office for loan files and “any related investigative or quality control documentation” for Schiff’s homes."

When was the Georgia case thrown out completely? This article is from May 2025.

"Willis appealed the ruling disqualifying her to the Georgia Supreme Court in December, but the court still has not yet ruled on whether it will take up the case. If the high court doesn’t hear the case, or if it does and agrees Willis should be disqualified, that won’t necessarily kill the case against Trump and his allies, though it will make it significantly harder for it to move forward. The executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of the State of Georgia will then have to appoint a new prosecutor to oversee the case, a process that could take years to complete. That prosecutor could then either proceed with the case, or decide to have the charges dropped altogether. If the case does move forward—either with Willis or another prosecutor—it’s still all but certain Trump would not go to trial until after he leaves office in 2028, and the president has already asked for his charges to be dismissed due to his election to the White House. The charges against him would need to be dismissed entirely for Trump to seek attorneys fees under Senate Bill 244."

At this point it's like trying to save the Titanic by bailing water with a bucket.

Trump is a moron and a criminal.

You certainly are allowed to continue to kiss his fat ass as often as you want, though.
