People born in the United States to parents from another country are citizens of their parent's country and are subject to that power.

what does any of this have to do with the Executive Branch going around the Constitution - and the Legislative Branch?

The thing is there is no birth right citizenship for people whose parents who are not US citizens. The SC has already ruled on it after the 14th amendment was enacted. It required a SNYDER ACT to give them citizenship. DERP DERP DERP :laugh:

trump did say he would completely reverse birthright citizenship in the first 24 hours of his presidency, but wouldn't that end his presidency after less than 24 hours?

his paternal grandparents lied about their name, where they were from, and whether they had been deported from America before. his mother overstayed her visa(making her an illegal alien), and married the son of illegal aliens. Not only that, but all his children, except Tiffany, have illegal aliens as mothers.

The SC ruled that Elk (an American Indian ) was not an American citizen because he owed allegiance to another nation at his birth. The 14th amendment was already enacted at the time. Mexican infants born to illegal Mexican parents owe allegiance to Mexico at the time of their births. They are in the same situation Elk was. No Snyder Act has been passed by Congress for Mexicans like was needed for Indians. Precedence has been made by the SC.

the 14th amendment is well defined in how it created birthright citizenship for those in its jurisdiction

Native Americans had treaties keeping them from outside our jurisdiction - this is apples and oranges when discussing illegals crossing and giving birth.

The law is well defined - and orange man is an idiot and his supporters that defend this bullshit are idiots

they are just as bad as when Obama used executive action himself
