I don't see where it says they teach them they could pick a gender. Besides it's to help gender diverse children.

What if half or more of the kids have to sit and listen to some religious phony xtian nutjob leading the class in prayer even if they don't want to hear it?

Will they be allowed to leave the room until it's over?

And how much valuable academic instruction time will be wasted on religious fairytale nonsense?

If I had kids in high school, I'd encourage them to pray out loud to Allah or Buddha or some other non-xtian imaginary sky fairy.
Maybe even Satan. 😈 😆

Then charge the school with violating their religious freedom and religious discrimination if they were punished.

File lawsuits.

Which is likely what will happen.

The point is that he isn't going to FORCE it on anyone. I would oppose that. But, he isn't going to not allow it to happen.

Remember the words "separation of church and state" are no where in the Constitution let alone the 1st Amendment. So they are just words the left tries to use in their anti religion crusade. Let us not forget that Marx wrote that to destroy capitalism, one needs to destroy private property, the family and religion. Is it a coincidence that EVERYTHING the left stands for in their politics does just what Marx calls for? Not it doesn't

If a child prays in school, how are you harmed? What material harm will come to you?

They're talking about school led, open, out loud praying. Like during the morning announcements or at the start of each class. That is obviously forcing non xtian kids to sit and listen to it. Kids whose families are of other religious faiths will have to listen to it.

Will they do Jewish and Muslim prayers too?

How about Satanic prayers?

Forcing kids to be exposed to religious ideas they don't hold is harmful in that it makes them feel like their school is not interested in them or their ideas and beliefs.
