The Presidential Records Act states that all documents must be turned over to the National Archives upon leaving office.
Trump is not being charged with that because they know they would have to charge Biden also yet all presidents have violated that law since it was passed.
This is why the DOJ is prosecuting him under the Espionage Act which doesn't apply here and which is why they won't get a conviction.

Trump was impeached twice and won both cases. The senate acquitted him both times. Democrats made fools of themselves again esp in the second impeachment when trump had only a week left in his term!
