And PP keeps sending threats he quickly backs down on. Cease fire in 30 days or additional sanctions, quickly turned into letting him in the United States with red carpet treatment and a demand that Ukraine give up curtail territory.
Protocols for Heads of State…there have been no agreements for curtailing territory…none.

I believe appeasing Russia will lead to even more killings. PP was just demanding a cease fire, or additional sanctions. He TACOed that is weakness. Do not make threats you are not willing to carry out.

Russia has lost more than a million soldiers in battle. They are not going to surrender that territory back to Ukraine.
The contingencies of war dictate the outcome of war.

Its not lost until the war is over. If we crippled Russia, Ukraine could likely get it all back, and Russia would be severely weakened.
The war was lost when Putin made the calculation that it was a war of attrition that he could not lose.
If the war continues, Ukraine will lose more territory.

No Western country is willing to send their military to Ukraine. That is the only thing that would stop Russia and Putin knows it will not happen.
There is no “greatest generation” anymore and Europe surrendered decades ago.
So, we are left with barbarians invading small countries, get used to it.
