Swallwell sleeping with a Chinese spy only matters if he knew that and then slept with her anyway.
If she did the very typical thing a spy might do which is try to get close to people in power by representing herself as other than a spy, and in his mind he was just sleeping with a chinese woman he was attracted to there is zero issue with that. Unless you believe no one should sleep with anyone out of country lest they be revealed as a spy for that country, after the fact.
Mitch McConnel also sleeps with and married a chinese woman, and the day they are outed as a chinese spy (or never) is the first day you know that, if they are good at what they do.
He wasn't found "wrongdoing" but the reason he was being investigated was because the person he was sleeping with was a spy. A Chinese Spy....No, we don't.

Swallwell was sleeping with a Chinese spy whether she got the "goods" from him or not. We know this because she was caught and he had been sleeping with her.

So, you also are saying that Feng is a Chinese Spy? And again, one can sleep with a spy without committing any "wrongdoing"... Both of these things can be true.

Geebus. The only thing I asked for is actual proof that Swalwell was sleeping with this woman.
But the woman was a Chinese Spy... I get what you are asking for, but am trying to get folks to understand that he can be dating (be seen with, pictured with on dates) a Chinese Spy, folks can say he is sleeping with her... and he still could be not doing anything at all wrong. It is not illegal to sleep with a Chinese spy.
He most definitely had a relationship with the woman you and I both know to be a Chinese spy...

Then what's the implication here? That he was spilling state secrets to her, whether or not he slept with her? He was investigated by the House Ethics Committee and they found no wrongdoing.
