I actually saw something like that w/ a neighbor around the corner...... It was actually a home that was rented by a Calif repub state senator McClintock..After his defeat for Calif gov things changed & he ended up moving out, anyway the ppl that bought it were real shaky & I would go buy & see crappy cars parked out front of the house & sometimes seeing rePo guys trying to get in the garage.. He was running a scheme w/ tiny or no down payments & when the market dropped he could not have paid those back in 3 life times as he had a couple more like it..
