You need to answer a few questions so the calculations can be done.

Do you agree that there are currently 42 million on food stamps? That's the latest number I could find.

Do you accept 325 million as the current U.S. population? Based on 2017 census projections using 2010 numbers.

Do you agree that blacks constitute 12.5% of the population and whites 70%?

Do you agree that of all food stamp users, 39% are white and 25% are black? Those are the latest numbers I could find.

None at all. If the parents of those children don't care enough about their own to feed them and you don't hold them responsible, you have exempted me from it automatically.
