However you seem to have suffered a diminution in IQ lately. Maybe you should ask what the likes of BlackRock find so attractive regarding DEI and it's equally loathsome partner in crime ESG. It's pretty bloody simple really, it's all about control and power. Not much different to how the huge accounting companies like Price Waterhouse Cooper and Accenture had eliminated lesser competitors, stop being so stupid and wake the fuck up.

The only thing it should tell them is: This was fully expected. Americans voted FOR Trump because the Left occasionally mentioned "equity" and "Inclusion". And even asked people to be mindful of trans people.

This was TOO FAR for Americans. They had NO OTHER CHOICE than to elect a felon, rapist, Hitler-admiring con-man who offered simple solutions that couldn't possibly work for complex problems.

It was 100% the fault of the Left for trying to push acceptance of others. The Left went TOO FAR in demanding Americans be decent.

...And did you hear about the cat eating and forced gender reassignment surgeries in elementary schools? Yeah, that was also bad for the Left. I mean no one on the Left was doing that, but it was easy enough to BELIEVE they were and voting accordingly.
