The first clue that this article isn't giving the whole story is that IDF allegedly fired "heavily" at the entourage. If that was true, one would expect injuries/deaths, right? Right.

So, what is the real story.... aka the story that terrorists apologists like @moon and @IBDaMann have no interest in?

The Israeli army on Wednesday fired shots at a delegation of regional, European and Western diplomats visiting the West Bank city of Jenin, sparking condemnations from the Palestinian Authority and several European capitals. An IDF statement said its troops fired "warning shots" and that the delegation "deviated from the approved route". No one was injured in the incident.

Correct. They are in the middle of a war. There are rules that delegations need to obey and specific routes that need to be followed. If they don't follow that path, the warning shots are meant to send the message, to intimidate, so the delegation will follow that permitted route because, again..... they are in the middle of a war. There are rules. Only morons wouldn't follow the rules.
