Well YES, if the case is not dismissed, and if trump is still alive in 4 years, he might be going to jail.
That is true, except that a judge later found that the common term for what the jury found he did do is "rape".
Kinda like if a jury finds a guy guilty of battery, the common term might be "punching someone".
