Its called balancing the Scales of Justice.
You have on one hand a Florida trial with a judge who has already went outside the law to try and help Trump and got brutally taken down by one of the most Conservative Superior courts in the country. And a jury pool that overwhelmingly voted for Trump.
And on the other hand you have a Washington judge and jury who will be far more fair but probably are not going to be Trump voters.
Seems good to me.
