Most likely socioeconomic conditions. More blacks are in poverty, more blacks come from single parent situations, etc. But I'm just guessing from a pretty high altitude - I have no idea what other factors could play a part in that.

I think minorities in general have made huge strides over the past half century or so, but there is still a lot of prejudice, systemic racism and a "ceiling" in certain areas of life that is hard to break through for many.

What would be the difference between urban and rural poverty? If anything I would guess that Urban poverty might be a bit easier to deal with due to more programs available to combat it.

Inner city blacks are in poverty because the Democrats want to KEEP them there.

As for the last 5 school shootings - 100% were done by trannies.

As for statistically - the percentage of trannies from a sample of 100,000 trannies that have shot up schools in the last decade unquestionably dwarfs the number per 100,000 not suffering from that particular mental illness that shoot up schools.

But it is amusing that you Stalinists suddenly oppose "red flag laws"
