If you've been given a directive you don't move the car... As I explained to you , I just watched a whole trial that was very similar to this... No officer is going to fire for no reason whatsoever...

Couldn't. Hence my suggestion. If this were me... I'd be arrested now and they'd be investigating. I sure hope they wear them.

I do not know if the "danger was passed", what I do know is she drove her vehicle at and then hit an agent with that vehicle. I will be interested in seeing the result of the investigation, because I predict, from what I have seen now, that this will be considered justified.
 
Video of the incident shows the woman inside her vehicle, blocking ICE agents. A group of agents then surrounded the car and told her to exit. When she started to move her car away slowly, an agent near the front fired through the windshield.
