HHHHmmmmm... the dirty dick did lots of cherry picking but sometimes he actually put the cherries out there........

You know, "unidentified sources" (him) leak something to the press & then later in the day bring it up as evidence supporting his point........ No wonder they had him running the show instead of jr..........:palm:

No doubt. With The DICK, it was a matter of trusting him.....at least until he'd hit-the-road......after the shit hit-the-fan. He spoke with so much certainty, about everything, he was able to sell anything, to anyone.....especially if you're willing to ignore his track-record. He depended on that, a lot, too.....that the general-public preferred ignorance. That always comes-in pretty handy, later, though.....when the general-public is looking for someone-ELSE to blame.

I can't help, but think, it was The DICK who'd given Lil' Dumbya the "line".....AFTER the War had been launched....."NOW isn't the time to discuss...." why we'd decided to go full-on, after Saddam Hussein. "There will be plenty of time to discuss that, later.....", you know, after we'd won the War. I remember hearing him saying that.....and, actually giving him the benefit o' the doubt. Funny thing.....we still haven't had that conversation.
