Yeah, she should have stuck with Hal Roach, where she had already landed her first significant role, and not tried to jump over to Fox. Also, sleeping with married men doesn't help. Its too bad she had a dysfunctional childhood, and that she married at 15.

If you ever want to see fine examples of the Motion Picture Serial form, Adventures of Captain Marvel is the best, but Daredevils of the Red Circle is next up on my list. I instantly fell for Carole Landis when I watched that (I was like 11 or so).
