He isn't stupid. He described the history correctly. Hitler believed the jews to be untermensch even if you don't know what the word means and think it is somehow related to his being a lawyer.

He said nothing about hitler or jews or nazis. He used pronouns. I don't know what he was saying, and your interpretation just doesn't seem right.
I don't fear jews, I believe anyone who is opposed to racism or theocracy would merely be interested in a combination of the two.

While there are places in Europe that actually allow the following of Sharia, let women be subjected to that loss of rights, while bombs fly in spreading their beloved theocracy, this guy is worried that the Jews are coming for him tomorrow and are ready to invade his mind and force him to "worship" them.

Prohibition of Sexual Immorality: You shall not commit adultery, practice bestiality, or homosexuality.
Prohibition of Blasphemy: You shall not blaspheme.
Prohibition of Cruelty to Animals: Do not eat the flesh of a living animal.
Requirement to have just Laws: You shall set up an effective government to police the preceding six laws. (This is what the wiki page says now, last time I checked it the page only said that this law required followers to follow the laws of their country....so I'm not sure about it).
