Two reasona they wont vote on a clean CR...

The economy is suffering because the GOP shut the government down. And now they are driving our economy to the brink of destruction. Are you able to discern how much our economy has grown since 2008?

My economy hasn't suffered because the House stood up for their principles.

How has yours?

Job growth under Obama is weak.

Threats of raising minimum wages and mandates regarding insurance coverage might have something to do with hours being cut...mightn't they?

Do you have a link to prove that I'm a fear monger? Or are you just talking out of your arse?

Here you go, fearmonger:

So you're okay with the fact that our foods are not being inspected; that FEMA has been closed; that gravely ill people have been turned away by NIH because of funding; that children have been turned away by Head Start because of funding; 800,00 workers have been furloughed; law enforcement has been scaled back, etc, etc. For some Americans the sky is falling, but you're not a patriot.

LOL.

Like all the harm this law is causing? Those kind of facts?

What harm is the ACA causing? Young adults can stay on their parents health care plan until the age of 26. No one will be turned away because of a pre-existing illness. There are no lifetime caps.
Provides subsidies to help individuals afford coverage with state based health insurance exchanges.
Where's the harm?

Mandating it,,,,,,,, isn't freedom baby.

Who wants their children at home that long? They have to live with their parent(s).

Have you heard of the cost of UnACA insurance? I've heard nothing good. What about people living from paycheck to paycheck? How are they going to pay for this arm twisting law?

Liberals will tell you that the poor (as defined by them) will get subsidies...what they won't tell you is that taxpayers will have to pay for those subsidies.

So you are siding with the Teabillies? If a 30 year-old uninsured employed man falls into a coma, let him die. That's freedom!
Young adults who are in college have the benefit of being on their parents health care plan. Why does that bother you?
Individuals do get subsidies, and most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. What do you think happens to them when a illness overtakes them?
Let me give you an example. Remember the little black boy who stood next to our President when he signed the ACA into law? His name is Marcelas Owens and his 27 year-old mother died of pulmonary hypertension because she didn't have health care.
Because of her illness, she missed so much work, she lost her job and her health benefits. She didn't quality for Medicaid because she had worked full-time the year before. Her death could have been prevented.
Why should our President delay the ACA? People like Marcelas' mother need health care now.
