What I've never been able to understand about Topspin is that he says that he is an top flight accountant for an oil company. However, I just cannot understand how somebody in such a high position seems to be so illiterate?
If he has such a problem with English, what must he be like with numbers?
 
In his defense, there are people who are very good at what they do, but rely on spell check. I thought numbers and words were processed in a different part of the brain, and I know what you are saying is to be funny, but just thought I would come to their defense.

If he apparently so intelligent, why doesn't he use a spell checker? Would want your accountant to be both illiterate and presumably innumerate?

The fact that he's really good with a flight video game, does not make anyway involved in anything with any company in the airline business.

I'll match investment returns, paychecks or grad school results with just about anybody on the board. I wouldn't win a spelling or grammar test against Azzhat or waterstain.
My guess, is cause I don't give a flying fuck about proper English and grammar.
Could be schooling, after being tossed out of Catholic school cause dad rolled and mom came up a bit short. I was in Louisiana public schools from 5th grade on, which means I didn't learn much through high school. I went to Community college first for remedial Algebra while placing out of Freshman English. Was my English so good? Hardly, It must have been the fact that not many in this poor area could even put a freaking paragraph together on the placement write up.
