IT is true that as a general rule Magistrates sign warrants not judges, I guess on a rare occasion a judge will sign one. The guy you claim signed this one is a magistrate. Some people use the words enterchangable but a magistrate is not appointed by a president, but hired by a panel. Their decisions are supervised and ratified or not by real judges.
