If the #FatFascistFelon really wants to promote more manufacturing at home, why isn't he suggesting tax incentives for corporations to build plants here, and using punitive taxes for those who off-shore? Instead, tariffs hurt the citizens and do little to nothing to persuade new manufacturing here.

What don't you understand the price of just about EVERYTHING we buy IS going UP even when things are on sale.
YOU could find the BEST SALE in the area prices are STILL going up and you are paying MORE now then you did even a month ago.
And a lot of it has to do with Trumps tariffs.
Get out and look around .

Random factoid: Meijer, a large grocery/dept. store chain here, has 90% lean ground beef on sale. It's on sale for $7.99/lb. And a dozen large eggs is $0.50 more today than they were last year. Hmm.

And now Trump is telling his low IQ MAGA followers he is going to cut the price of their meds by over 1500 percent, I guess the pharmaceutical companies will be paying us to take their meds.
