Then just say we don't want to finance it anymore, and that we support handing the Ukraine over to Putin.

Don't play at tough bully with a visiting leader, and make a massive deal out of thank you's and what he's wearing, and then go back to thank you's and make it sound like you're making significant foreign policy decisions based on how offended you are by not being praised enough.

I have been told that during the Obama years Biden was in charge of Ukraine so far as the WH was concerned, which means he was hand in glove with the CIA, so that would be just a sliver of it.

I need to point out that Brian Berietic disputes that Trump is trying to end this war or make peace with the Russians, he says this is a handoff to Europe.....the giving them the order to run this war in our stead.
