I am fine with the Constitution, as long as it's not being used as a shield to protect those who seek to destroy America. I think that's where we differ, you favor extending Constitutional rights to our enemies who've declared war on us, and I don't think the Constitution was intended to ever apply to them.

If you're sitting in your living room and a stranger busts through your front door with a machete and is about to hack up your entire family... should you A.) whip out your .44 magnum and put him out of his misery, or B.) Call the police and your attorney, and allow the legal system to operate as designed? Now, you can stick to your principles of the maniac being innocent until proven guilty, having the right to counsel, and to answer the charges, the right to due process... and that will make you feel great... too bad your family got hacked to death, but you maintained your integrity as a defender of the Constitution! That's how you sound here! That's the level of stupid you are at!

what part of the constitution creating and limiting the fed gov don't you understand? The constitution wasn't written to apply rights to only americans, it was written to create the central government. that's it.

No, it was written to establish what limited power government has, and to articulate what rights we are endowed with by our Creator. Nowhere, does the Constitution say it applies to people who are determined to destroy America.

nowhere in the constitution does it say that these are the only rights we have. In fact, the 9th Amendment clarifies that The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people..

It doesn't matter what the 9th Amendment says or means, it doesn't apply to enemies of America who seek to destroy us. That's the point you seem to be missing here, no one believes the government should just have the freedom to tap our phones and listen to our calls, or read our emails! NO ONE! This is not about that! This is about defending the security of our nation against sworn enemies who seek to destroy it. The Constitution doesn't even apply to someone who is attacking you personally, you have the individual right to defend yourself from personal attack, so why wouldn't the nation have the same right?
