You see, "Confidential" is a classification of document used SOLELY by the Department of War (Defense). It is NOT used on court documents, nor on DOJ documents. Further, the classification of a document gets marked at the TOP AND BOTTOM of each page, and the marking does not cover anything else on the page.

This document, as presented, has been altered from its original form. That makes it questionable at best, a forgery / fake at worst.

The law is the law. Show us how the "release" met the mandate fully of the law.
