A US court has blocked the Trump administration from deporting a Georgetown University researcher who was detained by immigration authorities earlier this week.

Badar Khan Suri, an Indian national, is a postdoctoral fellow studying and teaching at the prestigious Washington DC institution on a student visa.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accused him of "spreading Hamas propaganda" and having "close connections to a known or suspected terrorist".

Okay. So, has he "spread Hamas propaganda" and does he have "close connections to a known or suspected terrorist?" If the answer to either is "Yes," then he should be deported.

The argument that We the People lost America the day that the people who run America killed JFK, and suffered no consequences for it, makes a lot of sense to me.

If he's here on a VISA, it can be revoked for a number of reasons. Anti-American protesting should be grounds to send him packing.

Visa, green card, or whatever. He's a foreign national, and you're absolutely correct, his papers can be revoked pretty much on a whim. If he wants to fight it, he's free to do so from India.

There are far too few of us Free Minders left this deeply into this nasty dark age.

The dissidents are under massive attack from the overlords.
