US drone crew blamed for Afghan civilian deaths

The outrage from the left is relegated now to huffpost and blogs, the democratic underground. The Media, largely, no longer covers it, and they no longer gather in numbers of newsworthy size to make their outrage known as it never garners the attention it once did.

I'm not singling out these deaths or this US crew...
Its a common occurrence that they lay down their weapons and walk away as if they aren't fighters at all....they hide behind women and children, they mingle with anyone and everyone to blend in and get lost in the crowd....how stupid are you .... you obviously never met or talked to anyone that served there...or read about whats going on....

also, what do you do when your enemy hides among civilians just to prevent attacks that do not just kill the enemy, must include civilians

where is the outrage at the taliban bombs that are directed at civilians

Yes, that happens plenty. But to use that as a blanket excuse for errors that kill civilians is simply dishonest.

If one of our drone crews made an honest mistake, it is just part of the horrors of war. But lets not pretend that we can justify the deaths of any civilians by spouting this "the enemy attacks us and drops their weapons and blends in" bullshit.

unfortunately, those attacks barely get any, if any, mention in the MSM

i also do not believe just because the enemy hides among civilians that this gives us carte blanche to attack civilians and would likely violate more than one treaty

Or, it's possible that I remembered quotes from clips I saw a couple weeks before like I said, and because they were quotes that were posted later on Beck's site they were amazingly the same... I'm still proud that I could remember them so well that you were able to copy/paste them and they were only a few words off.

But heck, why don't you take my previous post you are attempting to whine about and see if you can find it anywhere else? You can try that with everything I post then tell me how close they are to somebody else's words someplace else.

You won't be able to find these words elsewhere. I was explaining why you don't see it in the news and why the only places you find that "outrage" any longer is on huffpost and a few blogs.
