regarding post pubescent minors, the age of consent is no longer 18 in many jurisdictions (it has fallen to 16) and in some jurisdictions it is as low as 14

however, under 18 relationships usually require parental or guardian consent

does anyone have a clue how many prepubescent children engage in sex - most likely a greater percentage that you would guess - 5th and 6th graders make a game of it
