The judge might have something if he went beyond simply Pay that money out, now! That's the problem with Ali's ruling. It's based on nothing and has no legal precedent.

well, first of all nowhere in the US Constitution does it vest the power to "interpret" the US Constitution with the Supreme Court. It merely vested them with the power to resolve disputes. The Supreme Court gave themselves that power with Marbury v Madison.
These Judges have no role in telling Trump how to execute his duties as outlined by the US Constitution. Everything he is doing is Constitutional.
Yes, I have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution when I joined the military. I am no longer in the military, but I took that oath very seriously.
With that said, like those pretending to be transgender, I won't be a part of your delusions. If you think they are truly doing what you claim, then you should rise up and do something about it instead of fecklessly whining on a message board. Have teh courage of your convictions boy.
There is utterly no reason or chance the administration will comply with some blowhard judge attempting to overthrow the Executive branch of government.
Personally, I think Trump should write a note to this judge telling him to go fuck himself. But in reality the administration will just ignore the judge like the insignificant gnat that he is.

It's a Biden appointee. Note, that Ali was confirmed to the bench in a tie breaking vote where Harris supplied the tie breaker to put him on the bench. Basically, Ali is one of the least competent, least qualified judges on the federal judiciary. In committee his nomination went to the floor for debate by a single vote. On the floor, even some Democrats voted against him.
Normally, judges get an overwhelming confirmation, but no this one. That should tell you something.
