Nah, when you vote for a man who has run 6 businesses INTO THE GROUND on the basis that he's a "good businessman" you are stupid. When you vote for a man based on your deeply held religious beliefs and that man stands in every way against everything your faith holds sacred, that's stupid.

When you vote for a man (as many women did) who helped remove your bodily autonomy, that is stupid.

When you vote for a BILLIONAIRE who spends ALL HIS TIME TELLING YOU HOW RICH HE IS and who literally owns a golden palace in the sky in Trump Tower so that he will HELP THE WORKING POOR, that's stupid.

If you vote in every way against your own self-interest: you might be stupid.

The cool thing about Scientology is that we all know it's wholly made up and we can even point to the guy and the time he made it all up. Thousands think it is real.

But if you go back further in history we have religions like Mormonism that is also clearly made up by a single man (with some con tendencies) but it has been long enough a go that millions of people believe it was real.

Go back even further in time and you see Islam which was, also, clearly made up by a single dude. But, again, it's even OLDER and WEIRDER THINGS HAPPENED and BILLIONS believe in that!

Same going further back in time and people believe the claims of Christianity as if they are carved in stone.

It seems that the OLDER a religion is, the EASIER it is to ignore the CLEARLY human made-up bits and more people believe it without question.

But really, at the end of the day, they are all kinda the same. Some are more abusive than others (like Scientology) but all follow this trend.
