But if he is deporting them, then he is doing his job and you should calm down. I personally think the immigration system needs a complete over hall like the government.

They're not better than you or me. But to millions, maybe even billions, of people they are somehow special because they have more material goodies than everyone else. Some ppl want to kill them and take their wealth. Others -- most -- admire and envy them and try to protect them, esp. RWers.

You don't really believe that being Jewish is genetic, do you? People can and do convert or adopt a new faith, just like they do to any other religion.

Same going further back in time and people believe the claims of Christianity as if they are carved in stone.

It seems that the OLDER a religion is, the EASIER it is to ignore the CLEARLY human made-up bits and more people believe it without question.

But really, at the end of the day, they are all kinda the same. Some are more abusive than others (like Scientology) but all follow this trend.

I've always found these facts very fascinating about religion, why we believe in it, its various histories and thousands of variations. Why do we seem to hardwired to believe in and even worship that which cannot be seen, touched, measured, known?

I'm not talking about the internet. There are many secular Jews. There are many Christian Jews. Being Jewish is the same as being German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.
