There is nothing to investigate, we know exactly what happened. The man shot an unarmed woman to defend a hallway from people his propaganda addled mind labeled as terrorists with bloody intent.

DC police formed a barricade to protect the people behind them. Babbitt chose to forcibly cross that barricade, despite warnings from armed police. The officer was doing his duty. And, sadly, he will have to live with that as cops often do.
