There is no reason to reopen it. She was breaking through a door that separated the congresspeople from a violent mob. An investigation was done and the cop was exonerated. That is how justice works. You do not keep reopening a case and hope you get a Trumpian/Federalist society judge who will throw out the law to please Daffy Donald.

You are going to have to get used to the NEW AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Here' are few of the rules changes:

1. Crimes only count as crimes if they are done by people of a "duskier" complexion.
2. Felons can be president so long as conditions in item #1 are fully met.
3. Illegal immigrants are criminals UNLESS they are Elon Musk who worked to start his millions without the proper visa here in the US.
4. Note how Item #3 is technically a subset of Item #1
5. Rape. Rape is now OK because most of the cabinet has either been accused of, convicted of or facilitated it.
